Refunds

No refunds! If you are not satisfied with your lash service , they will be removed for free. If you want a new set of lashes the same day, you will be charged full price.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure any facial , $50 makeup, and $50 lash appointment. The deposit will be applied to the service. Waxing services will not require a deposit.

Tardy Clients

Unexpected things happen, therefore a 20 minute Grace period will be accepted.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will not receive your deposit back and it will not be applied to your next booking if you cancel or do not show up.
